What are the hours of the wash?
The c-store in-bay car wash hours are weather dependent and open based off the Enmarket store hours at that location

Is there an unlimited membership available?
We currently do not offer an unlimited membership at our in-bay marketwash locations. Only our marketwash+ location offers unlimited membership packages.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards including Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. You can also buy a car wash with your gas purchase at Enmarket
Can you wash my pickup truck?
We can! We ask that you please empty your pickup bed before going through the wash. This is for the safety of your vehicle and other customers.
Do you offer vacuums?
Yes, we do offer vacuum stations at our marketwash locations for a small fee.
Where can I find my unlimited tag number?
Your unlimited tag number can be found on the tag that was attached to your windshield in the upper left corner. (e.g. 12345+987654)
How many vehicles does my unlimited membership cover?
An unlimited membership only covers one vehicle. Every vehicle will need its own membership plan.
How often can I get my car washed?
With an unlimited membership there is no limit to how many times you can wash your car.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged each month on your purchase anniversary.
When do I need to cancel my membership to avoid being charged? How long does it take for my membership to be canceled?
Memberships can be canceled with 7 days' notice prior to billing. If you need to cancel a membership, please contact us. Your membership will be valid until your next billing date, you may continue to wash your vehicle up until your plan expires
What if I want to reactivate my unlimited membership?
To reactivate your membership, you will need to visit our marketwash+ location. You can do this before your wash at the car wash menu screen.
Can I change my membership type online?
No, you will need to visit our marketwash+ location and speak with one of our car wash associates to make changes to your plan.
What should I do if I need to transfer my pass to another vehicle?
If you have a new vehicle and need to transfer your pass, please visit our marketwash+ location and speak with an associate. You will need to have your current pass with you
